- fully clothed PG classes (acceptable: no shirts for men) (acceptable: shoulders/neck can be exposed for women)
- must be able to get onto the floor
- between couples, parent & child, between friends
- everything will be provided just bring a light hearted spirit and willingness to learn how to give an impressive massage
